Yesterday afternoon my friend Francesca, who works for a company called Obvious Clothing, stopped by for lunch on her way to the office. She had a few samples from their line with her that she wanted my opinion on, so we had a little impromptu dress-up party along with our grilled cheese-and-bacons. It reminded me of the old days, when we lived together in LA and spent hours ransacking each others’ closets for marathon try-on sessions (but probably with a Corona or two included).
Obviously (hee) I love these shirts (the whole off-the-shoulder super-thin-and-loose thing), especially the greyish boatneck top pictured below left, and the teal one below center. These don’t go on sale for another couple weeks, but I’ll see what I can do about convincing Francesca to do a little RG giveaway once the line is ready to roll 😉
Francesca also writes a very fun blog for Obvious in which she finds celeb looks she loves, and then figures out how to re-create them using pieces from their line. Such a cute idea; I encourage you to check it out!
