A Couple of Shots from the Wedding Day
Parisa's wedding couldn't have possibly been more stunning.
En Route to the Rehearsal Dinner
Let me just say: this entire weekend was one enormous sartorial disaster for me, starting with the fact that I decided to show up at Parisa's parents' house Friday evening looking like Britney Spears circa now.
Around-the-Clock Bridal Shower (and my Bachelorette)
These pictures are from my bachelorette party: that's me entering - and winning, obvs - the beer-chugging contest at Tortilla Flats.
Love and Living Rooms
It’s not about heading to some expensive shop to buy overpriced things for your home…it’s about figuring out what you like, what you want (and what you don’t), and then honoring yourself by confidently and honestly expressing that vision in your home – and in your life.

Thoughts on The Ring
I think that this Raw Circle White Sapphire Solitaire Ring from singleb: Beautiful is stunning.

Clay Hill Farm, where Kendrick and I got married, is doing a Green Wedding Giveaway contest (as you can see, they used one of our wedding shots for their banner).
DIY Carnation Balls
An adorable decor idea from reader Megan, who helped make these for her cousin’s wedding (I think these would be gorgeous for everything from a baby shower to a birthday party):
DIY CARNATION BALLS
Just buy a round piece of florist’s foam (the same stuff Rebecca and I used when making the topiary centerpiece), wet it, snip off the stems of a bunch of carnations near the head, and then stick them into the foam until it’s completely covered. Hang from trees (or whatever) with ribbon.

DIY Wedding Favor / Lavender Sachets
I love lavender, as you may have noticed, and think that DIY lavender sachets make a beautiful (and inexpensive) gift. Just order tiny muslin bags (only $3.80 for 25 at sfherb.com) and loose lavender buds ($7.50 for a pound at sfherb.com), secure with a lovely piece of twine, and you’re done!
