Fortunately, I also have a habit of shedding bobby pins wherever I roam, so there's always a bunch close at hand that I can use to protect my delicate carbs from the elements.

If you need to line a baking pan with foil (as we did for yesterday's butter pecan ice cream loaf), first flip the pan over and shape the foil to the underside. Once you've turned the pan upright, the foil should slip in easily.

If you run out of concealer, you can use the stuff that collects around the pump of your foundation in a pinch; it's thicker and dryer than the foundation in the bottle, so it'll provide great coverage in a shade that you already know suits you!
