Crafty Gift / Brownies-In-A-Jar
I've mentioned before that one of my favorite ways to use Mason jars is to whip up recipes-in-a-jar to give as gifts, and reader Adeline just sent me a link to a gorgeous recipe for Brownies-In-A-Jar. (The article also suggests jarring pickles to give as a gift...and I have the perfect pickle recipe for you right here!)

Map Gift Wrap
Last Christmas, I wrapped everything up in brown paper adorned with Tapeswell decorative tape. It was pretty beautiful.
But I think I like this even better.
Registry Gift Personalization
An awesome wedding tip from Kristen: My aunt gets things off the registry, but makes it special through the packaging. She'll pack it in a beautiful basket and use things like pretty dish towels, etc...
Must-Have MacBook Case
I think this is possibly the best gift idea I've seen for the upcoming holiday season.

And this is one of those totally unnecessary yet completely indulgent and fun purchases: crystal cocktail picks in a gorgeous gold cup.
Three Things I Need In My Life
Last night I applied the hand cream, and Kendrick sat straight up in bed and said "What is THAT? You smell like COOKIES. That is AMAZING." (He actually did say this.)
Ramshackle Glam Gift Guide!
I am all about getting a jump on the holiday shopping, so as with last year I've started compiling a Holiday Gift Guide...
I think pasta machines make a really cool gift - I got one for my dad a few years ago, and he and I have had a lot of fun learning how to use it together (fresh pasta really is a whole other thing. You barely even want to put sauce on it…my favorite way to dress it is with butter and mixed sauteed mushrooms).
There are tons of options in a wide range of prices; the CucinaPro 150 Imperia Pasta Machine (pictured above), which gets great reviews, is $57.70 on Amazon.
