I recently picked up The Sriracha Cookbook, which contains instructions for making Sriracha Salt: all you do is stir together half a cup of salt and 5 tsp Sriracha, spread the mixture a thin layer on a baking sheet covered with wax paper, and let it sit for 1-2 days, stirring once or twice.
I found that the salt got quite stuck-together, so as a final step I rolled it up in a clean tea towel and bashed it with a rolling pin a few times.
