The Spring 2012 collection from 7 For All Mankind, which I had the opportunity to check out in a preview down at their showroom yesterday evening, is gorgeous, and a pleasant surprise from a line known mostly for their blue five-pockets. This season, they expanded into a full ready-to-wear collection including pink-washed denim, brushed metallics, shoes (the word is that the fall styles are particularly cute – I haven’t seen them yet, but will keep an eye out), and…
these florals. Which are gorgeous.
Which is your favorite? I was slightly partial to the white pattern on the left, but the darker pair would be easier to wear year ’round, and I love it for early spring with a loose grey tee and heels.
And this moto vest – a limited-edition piece created for the campaign – was the obvious hit of the collection. Everyone loved it – myself included.
The event also included a viewing of James Franco’s Episodes of an Untitled Film (Franco contributed significantly to the campaign surrounding the launch of the Spring 2012 collection). If you’d like to check it out for yourself, go ahead and click here.
