I spent Monday running around town with Samsung, showing their team my favorite spots in the city as part of their Coast-to-Coast project (above, I’m getting up close and personal with the iconic pig outside Rudy’s Bar & Grill on 9th Avenue; other stops along the way included the Union Square Greenmarket, the Highline, and a Bryant Park hot dog stand).
For the Coast-to-Coast project, Samsung sent a mobile team cross-country with their new wifi-enabled social media camera, the SH100. Along the way, they met up with various bloggers (including yours truly and the lovely Mary of More Than Mary), and recorded all their experiences on the Samsung USA Facebook page.
SH100 features:
– Immediately shares photos and videos across your social media networks
– 14.2Mp sensor, 3.0 inch LCD touchscreen, HD video recording capabilities
– Pairs with compatible smartphones to enable geotagging and remote control of camera (for example, hold the camera high over your head at a concert and use your phone to view and correct the image before you take it)
– Retail price of $199
**And keep checking back, because in just a couple of weeks I’ll be running a giveaway for a brand-new SH100.**
