So last night I went to the Jonas Bros premiere (not the movie, just the red carpet for interviews with RTL). It was INSANITY. Tears, hysteria, screaming…everything you’d expect. I’ve never witnessed this kind of teen madness, and…it was…no words. Something else that I learned: shockingly, Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas are really, really, realllly over talking about the fact that they once dated (I didn’t interview them, but one of the other RTL reporters did and was greeted with a death stare from both parties when she broached the relationship question).
And look! Nick totally checked me out. Hee. (That photo was taken by Kendrick, who came to pick me up.)
I spent a lot of time with the very nice security guard pictured above while waiting for my press pass to arrive – security was on the Presidential level, as I’m sure you can imagine. (That’s a Minuet dress with a vintage belt, by the way – I don’t love how it fits me, but I’ve owned it for a year or so now and never worn it, so I figured hey, why not.)
After the red carpet cleared out, I did a wrap-up interview (who was there, how they looked, what they said, etc), and then booked it back towards the press entrance to find my husband…apparently looking very much like a Playboy Bunny while I did so. Note my expression of utter confusion at the end.
