Last night, a birthday present (it’s on Sunday) from my parents arrived on my doorstep.
It’s Le Creuset’s 3 1/2 Qt. Braiser, and can apparently be used for everything from stir-frys to sauces to roast chickens.
I am so excited I don’t even know what else to say about it. Recipes, as always, are welcomed with open arms.
