Spotted at the Katherine Kwei event…a SPARKLE REINDEER HEAD.
I suspect this thing is on the expensive side, but it is totally DIY-able. I think.

Step 1. Purchase a deer head like this Polyresin Sunshine Deer (or try your luck at finding one at a thrift store):
Step 2. Paint with Krylon Glitter Spray Paint in Shimmering Silver ($3.95).
Or try your hand at covering the thing with wallpaper, like this.
