One of the looks I put together at What Goes Around Comes Around for yesterday’s Figue Magazine shoot:
(So serious.)
I loved this. Loved it so much that were it not hovering at nearly $600 (not including the vintage hat, purse, and Chanel charm necklace), it would be sitting in my closet right now.
Here are the individual pieces:
Marianne Dress ($348); Newton Top ($198)
After lunch, we headed back up to my place to shoot a couple of looks pulled from my own closet.
Here, a “party” look (I know, you’ve seen these pieces before…but we’re working with a limited wardrobe here, and presumably no one in Japan has). It’s an H&M cardigan that I cannot get enough of (I own two), a $10 H&M dress, a vintage bag, and Bordello super-high (like, Taylor Momsen-high) heels.
The accessories: Gerard Yosca necklace (similar to this one), Kenneth Jay Lane earrings, and Honeycomb necklace c/o Tiffany Chou.
Get the look:
1. Irene Neuwirth Lapis Earrings ($1,780); or spend about $1,778 less and get these mod lacquer hoops from Forever 21
2. Betsey Johnson Illusion Necklace ($45)
3. Rare Cape Tie Dress ($48)
4. Bordello Teeze Pumps (62 GBP)
5. Straw Studios Wicker Clutch in White ($46)
6. Essie polishes in Petal Pink and Decadent Diva
And finally, my “fitness/casual” look:
Urban Outfitters Silence & Noise Zip-Back Racer Tank ($28), Tory Burch Eddie Ballet Flats in Navy Patent ($178), Club Monaco Sparkle Shorts, and Habitual denim jacket (not shown).
