Pinterest is really fun. And pretty.
It’s also essentially a collection of beautiful things that I will never, ever do.
Or at least that’s what I thought…until my friend Katie sent me this pin, which inspired the below creation (part of the First Birthday Celebrations):
All you do: just hollow out a small pumpkin (reserve the top) and fill with hummus (or dip of your choice). If you don’t want to fill the entire thing (I didn’t), just ball up some foil in the bottom.
Serve alongside thematically-colored crudite (I went for red peppers, cauliflower and carrots).
Fun! And pretty.
