MY FAVORITE TEA SANDWICHES
Grab some “Very Thin” Pepperidge Farm white bread, and smear with full-fat Philadelphia cream cheese. Add thinly sliced cucumber and a sprinkle of salt, and top with a second slice of bread. Remove crusts, and cut in half diagonally. Consume in vast, unladylike quantities.
(Egg salad & cress is my second fave tea sandwich combo.)
After dinner, we stopped into Ryan’s Daughter to extend the snuggling just a little longer. Love that bar.
Bud Lights in bellies, we headed home to try to download Jersey Shore, which neither of us have ever seen. Alas, our computers failed us (buffering…buffering…buffering), and we ended up falling asleep before truly experiencing the joy that is The Situation (or so I’ve heard).
