The chocolate noodles were just as fun to play with as they were to eat.
Apologies for the overexposed photo. Did you know that white-chocolate sorbet is actually very difficult to photograph? Neither did I.
After our baking lesson, Megan and I made our way over to Epicurious.com’s Intelligent Entertaining event, where we watched Jean Georges’ Johnny Iuzzini create chocolate noodles (yes), which he served with white-chocolate sorbet and peppermint sauce.
Aaaand…yum.
