eCreamery Custom Ice Cream
Spotted (or, rather, inhaled) at last night's Martha Stewart Weddings Bridal Market: eCreamery custom ice cream and gelato. Oh my god, is this stuff ever good. How it works: you can customize ice cream for any occasion (wedding, baby shower, Halloween, whatever) using any combo of more than 40 flavors (everything from Cheesecake to Chipotle) and 50 mix-ins (including coconut, raspberries, and brownies).
I tried the Sweet Cream with Milk Chocolate Chips and Amarena Cherry Swirls, and despite the fact that the flavor isn't something I would ordinarily go for (cherry; eh), I was completely weird about it and had to go stand in a corner and focus on the experience rather than wandering around the event like a normal person. (I also hear the Sea Salt Caramel flavor is to-die-for.)
You can customize logos on the packaging, and order by the gallon or little individualized party cups. I also have a coupon sitting here on my desk that gives you 10% off an order with code sweet212, so enjoy!
Lust Object: Beads and Feathers
Free People Fringe & Feather Hair Clip ($48)
Tried this on at Free People the other day; loved it. Such a fabulously over-the-top way to play with the feathers-in-the-hair trend, and a fun way to make even the simplest outfit look special.
It’s A Hat Kind Of Day
Not cold enough out?
Don't care.
More Plaid (Just Indulge Me)
These (spotted at the American Living Holiday Preview) are the kind of shirts that I "buy for Kendrick," but that never even make it into his closet before I swipe the things and start living in them.
I love plaid.
So let's look at more pretty plaid things!
