The great thing about this recipe - besides the falling-apart-tender meat - is the fact that it's better the next day. And even better the day after that. Add some biscuits and apple pie, and you can more or less just hunker down for the entire weekend.

I've been a reader of Ramshackle Glam since the beginning...and I have an easy and a tough question for you.
I get that this book might not be up everyone's alley. I mean, Sex, Death & Oysters: A Half-Shell Lover's World Tour is a book about, obviously, oysters (my mom saw me reading it and muttered something along the lines of "how are we related?"). Which isn't necessarily everyone's topic of choice.
