Perfect-est Roast Chicken
I'm a big chicken-eater, and love the stuff prepared in lots of different ways. When it comes to roast chicken, however, I really do think that the simpler the better, and tend to work within a pretty basic flavor spectrum involving lemon, garlic, fresh, subtle herbs like parsley and lemon thyme, and salty meats like prosciutto.
Afternoon Indulgence / Radishes, Done Right
For an afternoon pick-me-up, it doesn't get much better than radishes: crunchy and just a touch spicy, they're pure fun to eat. And what isn't made better by the addition of butter and salt? I'll tell you: nothing.
