For Happy Hour #2 yesterday evening I met up with reader Caitlin at Ship of Fools, and discovered that we share a bit of a popcorn fetish. I like mine as unnatural as possible (Movie Theater Butter Pop Secret, anyone?), but her recipe sounds right up my husband’s hot sauce-lovin’ alley: she just pops her own corn on the stove, then puts it on a foiled baking sheet with a squeeze of lime, some hot sauce, and grated white cheddar, and bakes until the cheese is melty.
