That's what I love about Maine. You can just pop into a grocery store, buy a couple of those and make a great lobster salad for dinner.
How do you feel about the roe? Because I love it. And you can make a great vinagrette with it by mashing it up with olive oil, garlic, a bit of fresh tarragon and white wine vinegar. Then drizzle it over the cold lobster meat. Really fantastic.
