Stonewall Kitchen / Favorite Finds

On reader Jennifer’s recommendation, Kendrick and I spent part of our rainy Saturday afternoon at Stonewall Kitchen. They’re the ones who make those gorgeous jams and sauces you find in fancy shops, but the store sells all kinds of fantastic stuff, from coastal-scented candles to gold starfish door-knockers (!) to Sodastreams and Le Creusets.

My favorite finds:

Lavender Laundry Sachets (toss them in your dryer with wet clothing to leave it beautifully scented)

Maine Summer Candle (scented with juniper, pine and spruce)

Herbes de Provence Fine Home Keeping Products (including hand soap, dish soap, hand lotion, and candles)

Serving pieces made from old wine casks (you can purchase the Wine Cask Tray online)

And this, which I think makes a gorgeous hostess gift.

Jordan, you should absolutely check out the Brooklyn craft fair in McCarren park tomorrow. Walking around today, sooo much of the stuff made me think of your blog (& the aesthetic of a lot of the vendors is similar to this post, actually!).

Hope you’re dealing well with this bipolar NYC weather :)

Unfortunately, it wasn’t. But it’s an annual thing, so check it out next year (the Renegade Craft Fair)! You’d seriously totally dig it.
