And DIY-able!

1. Wrap differently-sized twine balls in colorful yarn (some completely, some only partially).

2. Maybe throw some spray glue and glitter on there (why not?).

3. Tie balls together with fishing wire.

4. Use more fishing wire to hang the whole thing from a ceiling fixture.
