Peach Sorbet Cups / I Beg You To Try Making These

Oh my goodness, are peach sorbet cups ever delicious and perfect for a leisurely summer dessert.

A tip, if you decide to make these: after scooping out the peach flesh from the center of the peaches, pop them in the freezer for a couple of hours before filling with sorbet and re-freezing (to minimize sorbet meltdown-potential).

Gorgeous, yum.

    I commend you for writing a lot about peaches during peach season. I am always surprised how many people have no awareness about what fruits and vegetables are in season. They don't know what they're missing come tomato season!

    I baked a peach cobbler this weekend — so fantastic.

    One time when I was living in LA I was taking a road trip by myself and got lost, and ended up on this little rural back road. I came across this little farmstand and ended up talking peaches with the woman who ran it for awhile. She gave me her peach pie recipe, which is fantastic, and soooo easy. I should get to making it soon, before the peaches go away for the season!
