
Yeah, it’s sort of creepy-looking, but when you buy Brussels Sprouts on the stalk rather than in a prepackaged container they taste better, cost less (about half the price, at my supermarket), and stay fresh longer (just put the stalk in some water to extend the life of the sprouts).
