Making the whole shebang from scratch is lovely in concept…but a bit of a pain in reality. Fortunately, Zac gave me a more practical version of this incredible recipe.
100% NOT-FROM-SCRATCH LEMON MERINGUE PIE…IN A GLASS
Pour some crushed-up graham crackers into a vessel of your choice, filling up about 1/3 of the way (I like the idea of giving each guest a different style glass – one gets a wine glass, one a martini glass, one a rocks glass, etc). Top with jarred lemon curd, and then spoon in some marshmallow fluff. Finish off with a sprinkling of disco dust, obviously.
