Last night, after Kendrick and I went to see Inception (which reminded me of watching Kendrick play video games: mildly entertaining, vaguely confusing, and definitely not something I want to have happen for two-plus hours), we came home and more or less reenacted this scene from Sex and the City.
(I know; I’m sure it’s not exactly the kind of Sex and the City scene he was hoping for, either.)
So I’m in a lot of pain: to be honest, even typing this is miserable. I don’t know whether I pinched a nerve or pulled a muscle (I’m leaning towards nerve, since it’s a sharp pain on the right side of the base of my neck that makes it difficult to turn my head or lift my arm), and really don’t know how I would have gone about doing either of those things in the last 24 hours, since I haven’t been particularly active. Any advice from those of you more familiar with these sorts of things?
