I Hate Ginger Ale, But Will Make An Exception For This

The only thing you could do to change my mind about ginger ale: serve it with rum! Fortunately, the folks at the Fresh Ginger stand at the New York Botanical Gardens provided me with a lovely cocktail recipe.

Fresh Ginger Dark & Stormy: In an ice-filled glass, combine 1 oz light rum (like Appleton) with 5 oz Original flavor Fresh Ginger. Float 1 oz dark rum (like Meyers) on top, and garnish with lime wedge.
