Only one week left of summer, so do it up right for the next few days by eating as many hamburgers as possible. Preferably in a backyard, while wearing a bathing suit.
Matt’s Black-and-Bleu Burger
1. In a large bowl, mix together ground meat and bleu cheese.
2. Fry up bacon in a pan, and set aside. Cook the burgers in the same pan you used to fry the bacon.
3. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, toast buns with a little bit of garlic powder.
4. Serve burgers topped with bacon and whatever else you like, alongside a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers tossed with rice vinegar, olive oil, basil, pepper, and salt.
