For Tuesday’s third – and final – shoot, we headed over to the Martini Bar at Barcelo to learn how to make the perfect margarita (and then celebrated the end of a long, successful day with tequila shots).
BARCELO MARGARITA
1 1/2 oz Don Julio tequila
1/2 oz Cointreau
Big squeeze of lime
Big squeeze of orange
Ice
Shake well, and strain into a salt-rimmed martini glass. Drink in copious quantities.
