Baby

Holiday Gift Ideas: For The Little Ones

1. Jonathan Adler Zodiac Pillow ($98): It’s expensive, but I love this as a gift for a newborn (or anyone, any age, really).

2. OshKosh Thermal Bodysuits ($20): I have a few of these, and they’re great – really sturdily made and cozy.

3. Vulli Chan Pie Gnon Soft Chew Toy ($16): It’s the same company that makes the classic Sophie Giraffe, but it’s a Chan Pie Gnon. Whatever that is.

4. Leonor Greyl Mousse Douceur Fleurs D’Oranger ($25): For the baby (or mom) with fancy bathing habits.

5. Hello Mello Kiddo Massage Oil ($22): A gentle massage is a lovely way to wind down baby for bed, and this stuff smells delicious.

6. Manhattan Toy Whoozit ($20): My sister-in-law gave us this, and while Indy is still too little to play with it, she swears up and down that it’s the perfect toy, and that kids go crazy for it. I just love it ’cause it’s funny-looking.

7. Steiff My First Steiff Teddy Bear ($21.99): Every baby needs a classic bear, and Steiff is as classic as it gets.

8. Indie Rock Coloring Book ($9.95; nonprofit organization): Obviously.

9. Manhattan Toy My Snuggly ($15): These are so soft and adorable, and destined to be dragged everywhere.

And of course, classic clothing with a bit of a retro twist always makes a great gift, and the below items from Appaman and PaigeLauren Baby (all but the vest are available in a variety of colors) work for both boys and girls:

From Left: Appaman puffy vest ($60); PaigeLauren henley bodysuit ($15.50 on sale); Appaman cords ($42); Appaman racing jacket ($84); PaigeLauren union suit ($44.00)
