Yesterday I shot the first part of a series for Better involving small dogs. And big men (yes, really). It was obviously a little bit of fun.
This is me on my way to work early in the AM. I was much less grumpy than I look, I swear – it’s the oversized sunglasses. They make things appear more dramatic than they are.
Thrilled to see that I’m not the only one obsessed with Rose Petals Rosewater. Our makeup artist/hairstylist, Chauntelle (the same woman who did this cool thing to my hair during the Betty Crocker shoot up in Hartford) loves it, too. (Buy it here, and click here for more 2010 Beauty Discoveries.)
We spent some time interviewing an adorable guy with an even more adorable pug in a pet store in Park Slope. I was feeling guilty for having left Lucy and Virgil home alone while I went off and frolicked with other people’s babies, so I bought them this ridiculous thing.
Here, we’re shooting in Brooklyn Boulders (a rock-climbing gym) and cooing over Petey the Dachsund…
…and here we are in Oceans 8 Sports & Entertainment Center. With a dog. (Her name is Betty.)
