One of our favorite discoveries during our meander through town: Peach’s Corner Cafe, which was in its very first day of operation. The owners were super friendly, and plied us with samples of the locally made products with which they stock their shelves. My favorite finds: KiriDevi granola, which is basically the Platonic ideal of granola (love the coconut flakes) and Alpine Avocado Vinaigrette (they dressed up the salad pictured above with some, and after taking one bite I bought a bottle to take home with me).
