A few weeks ago, I visited Ottomanelli Bros to learn about the pig butchering process; basically, how to break down a pig to ready it for sale in a shop. I think that if you’re a carnivore – and I certainly am – it’s important to acknowledge where your food is coming from. That said, I know that this makes some people uneasy, and there is some fairly explicit stuff in the video, so please, don’t click on the link if this isn’t something you’re interested in seeing.
