MY FAVORITE TEA SANDWICHES

Grab some “Very Thin” Pepperidge Farm white bread, and smear with full-fat Philadelphia cream cheese. Add thinly sliced cucumber and a sprinkle of salt, and top with a second slice of bread. Remove crusts, and cut in half diagonally. Consume in vast, unladylike quantities.

(Egg salad & cress is my second fave tea sandwich combo.)
