FROZEN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE

What you need:

1 4-oz package Baker’s German sweet chocolate

1/3 cup milk

2 tbsp sugar

1 3oz package cream cheese, softened

1 8oz container Cool Whip

1 8” chocolate or graham cracker crust

What you do:

1. Heat chocolate and 2 tbsp milk over low heat until chocolate is melted.

2. Beat sugar into cream cheese, add remaining milk and chocolate mixture, beat until smooth.

3. Fold chocolate mixture into whipped topping, blending until smooth.

4. Spoon into crust and freeze until firm (at least four hours).
