Up the decadence factor of your cupcakes in seconds with the simple addition of cookie dough. Just fill the cupcake tins halfway with batter, then place a small ball of store-bought (or homemade, if you want) cookie dough in the center, and top with a little more batter (you don’t have to top it with very much, because the cookie dough will sink as it cooks).
