TIP OF THE DAY: USE ALKA-SELTZER TO CLEAN YOUR ROASTING PANS

OK, so my roasting pans are not nearly as sparkly as the one pictured above…but I wish they were! My mother-in-law gave me a great tip for getting all the charred stuff off your pans: just fill with water, add three or four packages of Alka-Seltzer, and let sit for an hour or so.
