1 large cucumber (preferably an English hothouse cucumber
1 large tub of 2% Total Greek Yogurt (or whatever brand you prefer)
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp dried dill
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Pita bread or raw vegetables (or whatever you choose for dipping)
What you do:
1. Grate a cucumber into a large bowl.
2. While suspending the bowl over the sink, use your hand to press out the water from the cucumber.
3. Add the yogurt, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and dill to the bowl; stir well.
4. Add a touch of olive oil, give one final stir, and serve with toasted pita triangles or crudite.
