The Brooklyn Indie Market gave me a ton of ideas for my Holiday Gift Guide (coming in early November), including cufflinks made out of old watches, laser-cut mirror frames, and some truly extraordinary pottery. I also loved the vintage microscope slide-pendants (above), and was spellbound by the Steamed Punk table, which they describe as “Victorian-inspired science fiction clothing and accoutrements.”

Oh yes, and, as promised, a time machine landed and visitors from the 19th century stepped out.
