Another option for those of you looking for something new to do this weekend: hit the Brooklyn Indie Market in Carroll Gardens, which offers not one item that can be found in a major retail store. This Saturday, apparently, a “time machine” will materialize at the market with “19th-century travelers” stepping out. Last year, New York Magazine’s fashion blog called this event “a feast for the eyes.”
