Totally Fun Morning
I freaking LOVE spring shopping. Except for the my pale legs. Those, I could do without seeing under fluorescent lights.
Dinner con CaseyCulture
Last night, Kendrick and I swung by Casey's place for some dinner and double-dating spiked with plenty of gossip and vino.
Noisettes – Never Forget You
A few days ago a reader wrote in to ask me about this song, and it's been in my head ever since. I posted the video here back in November, but it's so good that it deserves a re-post.
Love and Living Rooms

MAJOR cosign on this. I liked the silver ones a touch better, but damn, Jessica: first The Price of Beauty (watched an episode last night and am now, obviously, obsessed), and now this? On. A. Roll.
I Never Stopped Loving Huey.
Every afternoon when I was about two, I put on my pink tutu or polka-dotted leotard and danced around the living room to these guys. Or Bruce ("Hungry Heart" was another fave in those days).
Canadian Date Squares
I don't have a particularly big sweet tooth, but these date squares - replicated using a Canadian grocery-store recipe pamphlet called "Company's Coming" - are nice and crumbly, and would even make a yummy (if not particularly well-balanced) breakfast.
