I can’t recommend Biscuits & Bath any more highly; I’ve been to lots of groomers around the city over the last two years, and they impressed me more than any other with their genuine warmth and interest in Lucy’s well-being. I also really liked that I had the option to watch her being groomed (even though I don’t recommend doing this, because it makes dogs hyper when they see their owners, I appreciated having the choice).
(BTW, I approached Biscuits & Bath to do a story, not the other way around. I had a good feeling about them, and I was thrilled to be proven right.)
