Moments before my first foray into Fashion Week (the Charlotte Ronson show), I poured an entire container of bronzer onto my snow-white jeans. Of course I did. This is me frantically blow-drying them after my quick spot-cleaning job.
Fortunately, I am pretty skilled at getting out stains – I once managed to remove an entire glass of red wine from my friend Stephen’s pale blue and cream shirt. The trick is to completely soak the fabric as quickly as possible, and to rub the fabric against itself using whatever soap is handy (even hand soap from the kitchen is fine)…it matters less what you use than that you take care of it quickly.
I was totally bronzer-free by the time I made my way to the tents. Or…my pants were, anyway.
